PRAXIS OS is a self-tracking and behaviour-design tool. It is not a medical device and it does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, nutritional or diagnostic advice. Nothing in the app — including the cognitive calibration profiles, Basement Mode, the research briefings, fasting timers, macro targets or training logs — constitutes a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
The cognitive calibration flow asks how you currently operate so the interface can adapt. It does not screen for, detect or diagnose ADHD, OCD, depression or any other condition, and its labels carry no clinical meaning.
Consult a licensed professional before changing your diet, fasting schedule, training load, sleep pattern, medication or treatment. Do not disregard professional advice because of something you read in this app. If you are in crisis or may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Calorie, macro, body-composition and readiness figures are population-level estimates generated from the data you enter. They carry margins of error and should be treated as rough guidance, never as clinical measurements.
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use PRAXIS OS.
Your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. One account is for one person; do not share access.
Beta status. PRAXIS OS is in public beta. Features may change, move or be withdrawn, and the service is provided as-is without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Billing. Paid ARCHITECT plans are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until cancelled. Cancel any time from the receipt email or customer portal Lemon Squeezy sent you; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy under their refund policy — refunded purchases lose ARCHITECT access as soon as the refund is processed. Lifetime passes grant access for the operational lifetime of the product, not in perpetuity of any specific feature.
Acceptable use. Do not attempt to bypass paid gates, reverse-engineer the service, resell access, or use the app to store content that is unlawful or infringing.
P.R.I.S.M and AI analysis. P.R.I.S.M (Pattern Recognition & Integrity System Monitor) is an optional ARCHITECT feature that analyses your record only when you press Analyse, using the scopes you select and review first. Running it transmits that dossier to our AI gateway and its model provider for processing. The report is machine-generated pattern analysis and education: it is not medical, psychological or diagnostic advice, it may contain errors, and you are responsible for any action you take on it. Analysis capacity is included with ARCHITECT and may be rate-limited to prevent abuse.
Alerts and notifications. Wake alarms, chimes and push notifications depend on your device, operating system and browser permissions and are best-effort. Missed or delayed alerts are not our responsibility.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRAXIS OS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for outcomes of decisions you make using the app, or for data loss beyond restoring your most recent cloud snapshot. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
What we store. Your account email and display name; optional biometric fields you enter (age, gender, height, weight); your protocol, log, streak, journal, nutrition, training and settings data; support tickets and any screenshots you attach; and billing records (plan, status, and the identifiers Lemon Squeezy returns). We never receive or store your card details.
Where it lives. Your day-to-day data is written to your device first and synced to an encrypted cloud snapshot tied to your account so you can restore it or move devices. Rows are protected by row-level security: only your authenticated session can read your records.
Why. To operate your account, sync your data, process payments, answer support requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your journal, health or log entries for advertising.
Processors. Our managed cloud backend (database, authentication and file storage), Lemon Squeezy (payments), our hosting provider, our AI gateway and its model providers (only when you run a P.R.I.S.M analysis), and browser push services (only if you enable alerts). Each processes data only to deliver the service, under its own terms; we do not certify their security programmes on their behalf, and no online service can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
AI analysis (P.R.I.S.M). Nothing is sent for analysis until you press Analyse. The dossier you selected is transmitted over encrypted transport to our AI gateway and the model provider serving that request, and is processed to produce your report. We do not store the raw dossier and we do not submit your data for model training; only the returned report is saved, in your own row, readable and deletable only by you.
Push notifications. If you enable Protocol Alerts we store the push endpoint your browser issues plus your alert schedule so reminders can be delivered while the app is closed. Payloads contain protocol reminders only — never journal content or health detail. Turning alerts off or revoking the browser permission deletes the subscription.
Your rights. You can export your data, and you can delete your account permanently from System Settings → Profile → Danger zone, which erases your cloud records and your authentication identity. You may also request access, correction or deletion by email.
Retention. Data is kept while your account is active. After deletion, records are removed from live systems immediately; billing records are retained only as long as tax and accounting law requires.
